Top Tips

If you’re planning to wash clothes, we recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the shift starts in case it’s a busy day.

Our last load typically goes on an hour before the end of the shift. For example, if our map tells you an Orange Sky service will be running from 6pm – 9pm, the final basket will be going in the machine around 8pm. That way you’ll always have your fresh, clean laundry returned before we wrap up!

You don’t need to book or bring detergent – just come say hi to one of our friendly volunteers at the start of shift. Let them know it’s your first time, and they’ll be very happy to show you how it all works.
