Welcoming Maygan to the Board
That’s why we’re thrilled to welcome Maygan Grischy to the Orange Sky Board of Directors, bringing expertise and heart to our strategic team.
With a strong background in digital innovation, business transformation and financial risk management, Maygan brings decades of invaluable experience to Orange Sky as the new Chair of the Audit, Risk and Investment Committee.
Maygan’s decision to join the Board was inspired by personal experiences supporting remote and Indigenous communities in Far North Queensland.
After witnessing the challenges faced by young people who couldn’t safely access basic hygiene, she was drawn to Orange Sky’s mission to support Australians experiencing homelessness and hardship through clean laundry, warm showers and genuine connection.
Currently a partner at EY, Maygan specialises in financial services transformation and governance. Her goal is to apply her skills in risk and strategy to help strengthen the systems that support Orange Sky’s growth and community support efforts across the country.
Beyond her professional achievements, Maygan is a passionate advocate for community connection. She enjoys hiking, book club, and gathering friends through food and conversation – experiences that reflect her belief in the power of relationships.
