Orange Sky’s Board of Directors consists of five non-executive directors and two executive directors, who are supported by a company secretary.
The Board are passionate about Orange Sky’s mission, and their work ensures that we are able to continue to support everyday Australians experiencing homelessness and hardship, and also support First Nation peoples living in remote communities.

Andrew Fraser
Andrew joined the Orange Sky Australia Board as Chair in 2019 and is a professional director working across a variety of listed, non listed and not for profit organisations.

Paula Holden
Paula joined Orange Sky Australia as a Board member in 2019, and has experience across both mining and not-for-profit sectors.

Sommer Davies
Sommer joined the Orange Sky Australia Board in 2019, and has over 25 years of fundraising and not-for-profit experience.

Nick Miller
Nick has a background in private equity, sits on a number of for-profit boards, joined the Orange Sky Australia Board in 2018, and has been involved with Orange Sky since first volunteering in 2015.

Keiron Lander
Keiron, a proud Dieri and Mithaka man from South West Queensland (Quilpie), joined the Orange Sky Australia Board in 2022. He has over a decade of experience in Aboriginal Community Controlled health services.

Lucas Patchett OAM
Lucas is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Orange Sky. He plays a critical role in all areas of Orange Sky, from the strategic direction to managing key relationships with our supporters.
