Jedda's Cole Classic
One of our favourite Orange Sky supporter stories comes from Jedda in NSW, who took on the Cole Classic - an epic open water ocean swim in Manly!
After seeing the event advertised the week before the big day, Jedda got stuck into fundraising right away. By simply reaching out to friends and family, Jedda ended up raising over $1,600 in just 9 days, encouraging people to donate what they could.
"I’d never done an organised ocean swim before so I was a tad apprehensive, but mostly excited. The support people showed towards Orange Sky through my fundraising page was incredible. I encouraged people to donate what they would spend on themselves for a meal or drink out to help put things into perspective."
