Orange Sky Australia is committed to providing access to clean clothes, warm showers and genuine, non-judgemental conversation for all Australians. In remote communities, access to laundry services can be limited and cost prohibitive. To support this, Orange Sky works alongside remote communities to build impact through free laundry, local employment and local partnerships.

Our weekly impact in Bidyadanga

In October 2021, Orange Sky launched its fifth remote community, Bidyadanga.

This town in the Kimberley Coast region of Western Australia is home to 850 residents. Orange Sky was welcomed to the community by our service partner and council – Bidyadanga Aboriginal Community La Grange Inc (BACLG) who we are proud to work alongside.

Orange Sky acknowledges and pays respects to the Traditional Owners of Bidyadanga, the Karajarri people. We are honoured to play a role in supporting health and social outcomes within Bidyadanga.
